1.Caramalize the sugar
Heat pan add 4 tblspn sugar.Then add 1 tblspn water and stir until the sugar turns brown then add the butter.Stir until the butter melts.Now pour it on the baking pan and all it to it.
2.Sieve all the dry ingredients (Maida,baking powder,baking soda and salt).Set it aside.
3.Now beat the eggs until you get a foamy texture.
4.In another bowl add butter and powdered sugar and beat it well until you get a creamy consistency.Then add vanilla essence and beat it again.
5.Now add the beaten eggs into the beate butter and sugar and mix well.
6.Once it’s mixed well add the sieved ingredients (Maida,baking powder,baking soda and salt) little by little and mix well with a spoon without foaming any lumps.
